My virginity

This is my first blog, ever. My blogging virginity now gone forever! My goals of this are to reach out to fellow writers, published or almost. I plan on having a very positive tone with hope, promise, things learned and good energy. Today, I learned that a mermaid in a realistic story cannot speak. For my commonsense, She just can't. She may use body and fin language but not speak. Is there a legend of mermen? How else would they reproduce?
